River Kunhar in its full flow near Naran Valley KP, Pakistan

Naran Valley is situated in the Khayber Pakhtunkhawa (KP) province of Pakistan, Naran a hill station where many hundered thousands tourists visit year specially in summer. This Kunhar River starts from Balakot district of KP, and all through the way it companies you during your Journey. This river flows under the huge mountains of Kaghan & Naran valleys. A dam (Suki Kinari Hydropower )is also being constructed on this river, which will generate about 800 megawatts of electricity.
