Attacking a culture is not racism. Unless you assume that culture is tied to skin color. Then it is you who are being the racist. You are implying that only people of a certain skin color would practice such a culture, and that people that don't have that skin color cannot practice that culture.
RE: Race is hardware. Culture is software. There is no hardware specific software when referring to these two things.
