Are you talking about this report. My understanding was this report was talking about preventing initial incursions from Russian troops. Is that what you meant? I thougth you were talking about NATO going toe to toe with Russia in a full scale conflict which Russia would 100% lose even with esculation to a nuclear conflict.

Putins hardcore but I dont think bullying Ukraine from joining NATO is worth turning Russia into a radiation wasteland. He cant win against NATO.
