For anyone who knows me, it is certainly no secret that I’m a fan of blockchain. When I think about the future, I absolutely believe that the technological advancements of today will be a huge part of our day to day lives. Blockchain gives us an unprecedented opportunity to control what that future looks like and I feel lucky to be a part of it. I came across a project today that excited me for the future so I figured we could talk about it.

Would you be willing to trade a few minutes of your time and watch advertisements in exchange for cab fares? Bus fares? Maybe even plane tickets? If so, I think I’ve found your golden ticket.

Enter TaChain, a revolutionary new blockchain based Transportation Advertising ecosystem that looks primed for turning our means of travel and advertising on its head. Currently in its ICO a stage, TaChain is a fully integrated ecosystem that will operate on the Ethereum blockchain. Advertisers will purchase TCHN tokens to pay for the services and to also pay the viewers. Viewers can earn TCHN tokens for simply watching individually focused advertisements in transit. Full service mobile application for all of your transport management needs. Book your transport, plan your route, and pay your tab. The app is currently available in the US and the Philippines, and as of October, testing with 3000 taxis has begun in Manila.

TMARQ:

This will be TaChain’s internal marketplace. Actually, it will act kind of like a full blown exchange. They plan to offer TCHN pairings with most major fiat currencies as well as pairing with most of the major cryptocurrencies. The goal is to make it easy for customers to buy, sell and transact as needed.

I know that current ICO sentiment isn’t really in a good place. It’s tough out there, trying to decide which projects can deliver on their promises and which are just outright scams. TaChain knows this and they’ve come with a fresh new approach to raising funds. They will be offering an unheard of “Money Back Guarantee.” That’s right, if you’re not satisfied within the first 12 months they will return your investment. How they plan to achieve this in still a bit murky but my interest is certainly piqued. This is an option that I’ve yet to see in the ICO space, and who knows, maybe it’ll be enough to put some minds at ease.
