Story&Summary

The main character of this enemy is Rud. He is a member of an adventure party who is a tank whose job is to be in front of everyone as a shield and protect everyone from monsters. It is like an RPG game, in this world, the tank is the character who withstands enemy attacks and protects the rest of his team members by withstanding enemy attacks. But when Rud first came here, his condition was very bad. But some members of this party considered him weak and insignificant and kicked him out of this party, especially the leader Nils.

This anime is a fantasy genre anime and this anime was released between January 7, 2024 – March 24, 2024. It is mainly composed of an action, supernatural theme. This anime is directed by Mitsutaka Noshitani and this anime is written by Hitomi Amamiya. I liked this anime a lot. The animation quality of this anime is really amazing. They have taken a very good look at the animation of this anime. Although Studio Polon's work in this anime is not very extraordinary, it can be said to be reliable. The animation of this anime during the fight is presented very beautifully. Especially, when Rudd activates his special ability "Fortress Mode", the visuals become much more. If we talk about its background music, then it is really amazing. The sound design works very well to increase the suspense especially at the moment of tension. The opening theme of this anime is quite good. If we talk about its voice acting, then it is really commendable.

The pace of this story is average. But in some episodes, its pace is very slow where there is excess dialogue and repetitive events. But the important moments are highlighted properly. There are sometimes some dialogues in the script that may bother you a little. Moreover, I really liked the story of the anime and I want a second season of this anime to come out. If we highlight the good and bad aspects of this anime, then the character development of Rudd in this anime is very good and along with that, the classic RPG formula is good. The negative aspects of this anime are that some of the characters are one-dimensional and not developed and the animation sometimes seems low quality.
