I work for a public transportation company called Translink, and today my office announced something exciting, well exciting to me: Seth Rogan is going to be the new spokesperson for Translink!

What is Translink?

South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority, commonly known as Translink, is the business entity that runs, operates and maintains the public transportation system in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. The system includes traditional buses (CMBC), boats (Seabus) and trains (Skytrain & WCE).

Yes, but what is British Columbia? :_)

BC is one of 10 provinces in Canada, it has approximately 4.5 million population spanning 944,735 square KM. Which means we have few people stretched across a lot of land, so we need an exceptional public transportation system.

So this probably means nothing for me personally, it's not like I will get to meet him, but as a fan of his comedy I just thought it was pretty cool that he was willing to do this. My company is going to be working together with the hilarious, Canadian actor, Seth Rogan as part of an advertising campaign; that's pretty cool, no?

Here is the announcement:

Anyways, I suspect this notification will be of zero use to anyone but myself, but hopefully I'm wrong. :)

As always, thanks for your time and attention.
