Not sure I understand your point. You can post as much “good” content as you want.

The “bad” content is clearly outlined. On the Hive level itself you can not post spam, plagiarism or things of that nature. On the community level, you can only post what the community rules want to see (ie, crypto or finance posts here on Leofinance). To do otherwise invites downvotes or muting.

I feel sad you are not having a good experience, but Hive is what YOU make of it. Go and build a following or a community for yourself.
