Wow, first let me just say that I'm so sorry you had to go through that. I know you to be a big hearted person and definitely a person of integrity. It must hurt so much to have promoted something to folks that later ripped them off, whether it was an exit scam or sheer incompetence. I feel for you and hope your relationships with those people are able to be repaired.

I hope your own heart is repaired from the way that fake friend treated you. It's hard to believe in something then be let down. We learn and grow from it, so it's important, but still very painful.
