LOL, yeah the phone is one of the most addictive substances out there these days. During lockdown though, it's so fortunate that people have the option of using such small devices to access the internet and also talk to distant friends/family. Right now we have to get as much support online for people as possible. But even after this ends, there is still a way that having someplace you can emotionally reach others that doesn't require your having to travel to them is important, especially for people with anxiety or physical ailments. My concern is more for young people if this goes on too long. They may be more likely to normalize all this as a fear of going out, rather than seeing it as a temporary extreme.
