Drug production in Colombia has increased since this president did not fulfil his promise of resigning if he was to lose the referendum; the government asked the country, do you agree with the accord and want peace? He he he, give me a break, who does not want PEACE? Still, very few wanted that accord signed and approved as it was literally placing on the hands of the guerrillas a pardon for all of their plus 50 years of killing. Colombia said NO, the president said if the accord is not I approved, I will resign. He lost but until this days he travels around promoting his plan after a non-arguable defeat.
