Hi, guys!
Today should be the day when I walk the dogs a lot, but it turned out that yesterday was a pretty hard day and I was very tired and didn’t want to go anywhere. I hope the girls will forgive me and understand that we will definitely hang out another day.
A lot of work has accumulated, and I no longer have the iron confidence that I will cope with everything, although of course I will try very hard. In the end, my decisions led to this and I must stick to them.
When I don’t have enough energy for the day, in the program that I use to organize my day, I only include the hashtag health and try to do everything from this list, because if you stop monitoring your health, everything else will also definitely fall apart.
I got back into exercise this week and it's going pretty well so far. Temporarily, until I started having fun again, I decided to treat sports as a necessary evil that just had to be done, with no options.
There is also a slight disappointment this morning: my older dog’s gland has become clogged again. I had to take her to the vet, he prescribed suppositories with which we will now treat my older dog’s butt.
