Hi, guys!
So, I'm still working on the text like crazy, but today I need to take a break and do some real-life stuff. I literally haven't looked up from my writing for a minute the entire previous week, and now it's time for me to really do some real-life stuff, otherwise it'll just start falling apart. So I have to pay a little attention to it. It's not that I want to—I'd keep poring over my manuscript, but since the rest of my life will simply fall apart without my control, I have to take a little break. So now I'll run to the market for vegetables, then pick up the mail, tidy up the house a bit, cook some food, and write a list of things I need to do besides being a brilliant writer.
Of course, this whole inspiration thing happened very unexpectedly, but I'm glad it finally happened. Now the main thing is to stay focused and make working on the book a disciplined process once the excitement wears off. Don't lose touch with my characters, stay in touch with them, and, if possible, check in on them every day to see how they're doing. Right now, I want to finish the core text, after which I'll move on to writing scenes and refining the process.
I'm absolutely thrilled with the process. I can't wait for the book to be ready.
Have a great day, everyone!
