Today is my husband's birthday. Of course, now is not the time for the holidays, but to remain completely without them is at least stupid, it is very important to maintain your own mental state.
So far, there are not many options where one could celebrate some event, but still they are. And, as it turned out today, there are quite interesting ones.
Yesterday I went and bought him a belt bag as a gift. I chose for a very long time, and I was very glad that I managed to find a good and interesting one. Now we will have small souvenirs from the city that sheltered us during the war.
Today my husband came and said that he was approached on the street by some guys who advertised a local small restaurant. He has an interesting name - "Horse in a gas mask." He said that they serve Ukrainian cuisine from the 1920s. The name of the restaurant comes from the best military friend - a horse.
The food turned out to be interesting and very tasty, and the drinks turned out to be even more interesting. For example, if you order coffee with caramel, you literally have to break it with a spoon, it is made from burnt sugar.
