I think you're right about the accumulation phase. It's the exact same pattern unfolding as last time. My BAL hodlings keep going up in value and I can swap them for wLEO. If I wait too long....I'll likely miss that window. Wouldn't be the worst thing either way from the looks of it. 😁👍
