Strange...I hadn't noticed that. I think your multiplier stays set in the background but the display needs to be fixed. My LP and HP seem to be offset.

I need to track this for a day to make sure it's working the way I think it is set up to function.

As for the searching transactions, you can see them on LeoDEX (not sure about a search query though).

In your wallet on LeoFinance you can search, but it hasn't had stats yet since the HF.
