Wow no water - that is unfortunate... was this hidden from you pre-sale? The temps are normal for here in Colorado summer although 104 is HOT (our Arizona neighbors endure this temp as a low)- but 86 is normal for us. You will get used to it.

Can you dig a well? I didn't know you were at Findhorn - that's amazing - you can get the Nature Spirits to help you with the Nature Spirits Prayer and your knowledge of Findhorn doings...maybe they can even help you find water - or use your dowsing rods...?
