Being in a group and getting along is a spiritual experience.
Working with others and overcoming my wants and desires for the good of All is a spiritual quest. If I engage with the Spirit in a state of Neutrality then there is a sweet spot where the Spirit Flows in the group and amazing solutions miraculously appear as we sift our needs through Spiritual Principles.
