Transaction IDs of custom_json ops
The transaction IDs associated with custom_json ops are now being recorded in the database. I also added them to the response of the get_ops_by_block endpoint.
New plug for community ops
There's a now a new plug for searching the Hivemind communities protocol's custom_json ops. I'm adding the ops one by one, and for now there's the community.get_subscribe_ops endpoint.
