Hey, Felllow battlemages. It's me @imril. This is the first time to join the "Share your battle weekly challenge".
This week's featured card is "Life Sapper".
Let's go and I'm really excited to show you my line up that works very well with him.
Edition: CHAOS LEGION
Rarity: RARE
Element: DEATH
Attack: MAGIC
Abilities: Life Leech
I battle in Silver most of the time. But my card set isn't maxed yet for this league. I'm actually using a maxed Bronze lineup in Silver Modern.
I'm slowly building up my set in Silver that I think can compete very well in Gold. Yep, I'm aiming for Gold Modern on the succeeding season.
Ok, back to the challenge.
::Super Sneak
::Equalizer
::27 Mana
| Card | Ability | Comments |
|---|---|---|
| arrion Shade Level 3: Flying | I put it in first position becuase of its Flying ability that will increase the chance of evading oppnents melee attack. It is rally effective in this battle. | |
| Corpse Fiend Level 1: N/A | It can be used as first position card in this battle but I took advantage of the flying ability of Carrion Shade. This is more of a fillers in my lineup that benefits the equalizer and supersneak rule. A free 0 Mana card that have annoying damage and a tough defender on equalizer | |
| Disintegrator Level 3: Demoralize | I put it in third position to be protected and prolong his abilitiy's effect in the match. You'll see in the last position's card on why I did this. | |
| Life Sapper Level 2: Life Leech | I put this in the middle position to also prolong his life and suck all the health of opponent's card while being protected by 1st 3 melee monsters and the Harklaw at the backline tanking the supersneak. I really did a good job on this positioning as the opponent doesn't have any Opportunity monsters. The equalizer rule also favors Life Leech Ability specially if any of you or opponent's card used high HP monsters.Like in my battle here. I intentionally used Harklaw. Life Sapper did a free hit for long period of time. See at the end how much life he sucks :) | |
| Venari Bonesmith Level 2: Life Leech | Basically same purpose of Life Sapper. | |
| Harklaw Level 1: Shield | This. I prefer than using Cursed Windeku. Remember the Disintegrator I put in the third position? He complement well in Harklaw and opponents lineup. During the battl, only Silent Shavi able to do damage on my Harklaw at a rate of 1 per round (less if he misses) while the Leech Duo enjoying the juices of Everhungy Skull. |
Look how bad my opponent's damage in my Harklaw.
In the last round, look how much this Leech Duo able to sip on opponent's monster.
In summary, the Front and back guards did a great job in protecting Life Sapper. I was able to fully maximize his ability. He is a very versatile card with 3 Mana only!
Did you find my strategy helpful? Try it. :)
