It is sad that I was the only one who participated in your contest. I am happy that you sent me 20 POBs however I am not going to accept your 20 POBs because I am not a winner.

I participated in a contest and I expect my work to be judged and if you feel that my work is good then announce me as a winner. I know my photos are not that great and you have not declared me as a winner so I cannot accept the 20 POB.
