Low blood pressure or anemia is a condition where the body has a very significant decrease in red blood cells or platelets. Anemia is often caused by a lack of iron nutrient intake which causes platelet levels to decrease, although sometimes anemia is also caused by genetic factors that trigger anemia. Health experts themselves say that anemia can be divided into several types as follows.
The first anemia is iron deficiency anemia caused by a lack of iron in the body which triggers a decrease in red blood cell production. The next anemia is anemia caused by the unhealthy red blood cells in the body. In addition, there is also aplastic anemia where the body loses the ability to produce red blood cells. There are also other causes of anemia, namely Hemolytic anemia is a condition in which red blood cells are turned off by blood flow and Sickle Cell Anemia, where red blood cells have a sickle shape which is very abnormal.
If we experience problems with anemia, we are also at risk of experiencing the adverse effects of eyelids that tend to be pale due to lack of blood flow to the eyelids. In addition, the body will also tend to feel tired even if you don't have too much activity. This is because minimal red blood cell oxidation will make body strength decrease. In addition, people with anemia will also tend to experience nausea, especially in the morning. In addition, if the condition of the body has anemia, then the circulation of oxygen will be disrupted, causing headaches and dizziness, given that oxygen has a problem of lack of oxygen supply. In some cases, the lack of smooth circulation of oxygen will eventually trigger respiratory problems like asthma and shortness of breath.
