Tips for Caring for Our Teeth
1. Brush your teeth every morning and every night
When we brush our teeth we have to do it at least in at least two minutes. All the surfaces of our teeth are clean. Make sure the back of our teeth is also brushed.
And Teach our children to be used to maintaining good oral hygiene, since babies when they first have teeth we have to get used to maintaining their teeth. The cavity in the baby's teeth will be as comfortable as a cavity in a permanent tooth.
How to get good teeth, use a downy toothbrush or an electric toothbrush. Whatever type of toothbrush we use, and every three months, it's best to replace it with a new one.
If the toothbrush we used before is no longer good or has been damaged, we can check to see if the hair is bent and damaged. maybe it's time we replace the toothbrush with a new one
.
Regularly brushing your teeth besides making your teeth healthy, your teeth are free of pain, but will also keep our breath fresh. But don't brush too fast after eating.
After you eat your mouth is more acidic and this makes temporary enamel softer. Wait at least 30 minutes before brushing your teeth.
2. Use fluoride toothpaste
The fluoride protects the enamel and makes it unlikely that it will experience cavities. But it's important that toothpaste has enough fluoride to be effective. Check to make sure it has at least 1,350-1500 ppm
Toothpaste with less than 1000 ppm of fluoride will not effectively protect your teeth.
Children can use full strength toothpaste if adults make sure they spit after brushing
3. Clean every day. Flossing cleanses the surface between our teeth
This is very important because we cannot clean effectively with our toothbrush. As a result, if we don't clean our teeth from food, plaque, bacteria will stick to our teeth.
Use 30 cm of thread or interdental cleanser. Enter between teeth and curves around one of the teeth. Move up and down along the sides of the tooth, then curve around the other teeth and repeat.
do it gently when rubbing under the gum line because a little hard rubbing on the underside of our gums can bleed, but after a few days, this will stop.
4. Use mouthwash
Look for mouthwash that has fluoride in it. If we use fluoride mouthwash after brushing our teeth, this will help fluoride reach the enamel of all the surfaces of our teeth. Swish the mouthwash in our mouth for two minutes to allow all of our dental cavities to be clean from bacteria.
we can also make natural dental remedies using salt solution. by putting salt half a teaspoon into a glass of warm water then we stir the salt.
Do not drink mouthwash because it can cause us abdominal pain if you want all the bacteria to be lost Gargle up to the throat, we rinse a little longer do not immediately spit it out.
5. Brush or scrape our tongue
Your tongue's surface is uneven. This means that food particles and bacteria are often trapped there. This then becomes a source of bacteria that will be transferred to our teeth.
we can brush gently or use a special tongue scraper. Some toothbrushes even have rough hair, use a rubber patch on the back of a toothbrush that we can use for this purpose.
Scrape gently so that you don't hurt your tongue. This will not hurt our tongue. When you are done, rinse your mouth to get rid of debris and bacteria.
6. Don't smoke
Smoking will cause our teeth to yellow, make bad breath, and make us more susceptible to gum disease or mouth cancer. If we want to stop smoking, there are many ways we can do. we can:
ask for support from friends, family, or to remind you not to smoke again
Avoid situations where we are used to smoking
