Hello, fellow Steemians!
One of the great reasons why I love Steemit.com is that this is an evolving platform. Steemit.com, as we see it now, is not the same as when I first started on here; and that's a very good thing. The hard forks that the witnesses perform allow developers to include new features, ultimately improving the network.
I do have one change I have been thinking for a while. Probably many others have thought out as well.
My suggestion for next STEEM Hard Fork is: to allow personal comments on resteemed posts.
I would really like to be able to post a comment on an article that I have resteemed. Let's say I find a really good post from a trusted Steemian like @spencercoffman on how to succeed on Steemit. I think I would like to Resteem it and add a comment like this: "and this denizens is how you can succeed on Steemit. I would also add that consistently commenting improves your reputation score."
For example:
This is how a Resteem looks right now.
I think a Resteem should look like this: Allowing me to add a comment as I resteem a post.
Again, my suggestion for the next STEEM Hard Fork is: to allow personal comments on resteemed posts. I know this is no large change, but I think it would add to the ease of use for Steemit.com. Many times I have desired to make a relevant comment to a post that I just resteemed. I am sure others would also greatly appreciate this added feature.
Thank you,
Everyone: Have you thought about this feature?
Would you also like to comment on as you Resteem a post? Comments are welcome...
What suggestions would you voice for the next hard fork?
Is there an official channel for submitting suggestions?
