Well, coinbase has a trade option, where you can convert one altcoin to another.
Note: not all altcoins may be supported.
Convert them to bitcoin / Ethereum / litcoin / bitcoin cash. Now you have free crypto.
Another tip, coinbase is paying 2% on the Dai balance. I did not buy it, i got it via coinbase earn, now i am earning 2% on it.
