The old and the new coexist, of course, we live in the age of pluralism, everything can exist and declare their presence. However, maintenance, care, promotion of the old good trends is probably neglected. Unless the cubes with the holes for windows are more beautiful than the personality (architectural style) and authenticity that ruins offer still... It seems that nowadays elegant creativity is banned for modern urban projects unless I'm too Alien for understanding the futuristic trend...
