AMP:You have heard that it was said, You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy;
44 AMP:But I tell you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,
45 AMP:[aj]To show that you are the children of your Father Who is in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the wicked and on the good, and makes the rain fall upon the upright and the wrongdoers [alike]. (Matt. 5:43-45)
This is the commandment of God that we should love our enemies, love them no matter what they did to you.
Don't repay evil with evil but rather repay evil with good, that's why we are the children of God (Christians) to live a life of Christ and do all his commandments.
Love your enemies, love him as your friend 👫 pray for your persecutors, forget about revenge, for vengeance is of God he will repay. Just do what he commands you to do.
