As things changes all the time, especially at google, i found recently how to synchronize chrome between my computer and android phone.
First, you must login with a user in both devices.
In Android you must have checked in
Accounts -> Google -> user -> Sync Chrome (that's to have it to sync all the time)
In computer you just need to sign in in chrome with the same user and yuo're ready to use them.
In android:
Chrome -> hamburger menu or 3 vertical dots -> Bookmarks -> and here you will have these options:
And below a list with folders (in case you already have) from all devices.
In windows
Go to the three dots in the right side of chrome
-> Bookmarks -> Bookmarks manager
and here you will find all mobile and desktop bookmarks, usually written as:
In android:
RECENT TABS
Chrome -> hamburger menu or 3 vertical dots -> Recent tabs -> and 2 options:
Here, you will see current opened tabs and option for history in both places.
HISTORY
Chrome -> hamburger menu or 3 vertical dots -> History -> and here with option to clear browsing data and then showing daily history (from what i see it shows only mobile history)
In windows
Here is quicker.
Pressing CTRL + H or go to settings in the right and click History (you will have a preview for all devices).
Will be present on the left side 3 options (or more for more devices):
I usually check on mobile when not on home and want to read later some articles, posts...
I bookmark what is important and for steemit i left tabs open and read them at home if there is no time to read them all on phone.
