Human being is the only creature with ability to think and do. Poverty being a state of deprivation where people have less resources and just because of this they suffer in their lives. If wealthy people want to help them then they can remove the poverty and make the world as better place to live.
Poor people can also put extraordinary efforts to make world a better place to live
