#Blog - The meaning of life...

Have you ever asked yourself this question? What's the meaning of life? What's the meaning of all of this? Why do we run in circles, or why are always trying to get somewhere?

What's the point of all of this if we know that life has an end?

Perhaps this is the answer. There's an end. Think about life as a long, long bus trip to somewhere you have no idea how it is or where it is. Where you'll sit on the best or worst seats in this bus is a matter of either luck or fate, who knows?

Some say we have travelled on other buses, but this trip is so so long that we forget everything about it, some say that the bus only rides once. The trip may be either short or very very extensive. In resumen, we go from somewhere to somewhere. All that begins has to end.

And the end is not about ending, vanishing, ceasing to exist, but to transform, to be converted into something else. That's how it goes we die sometimes but we don't die actually: we change, we transform. And some of these changes are permanent or until our next death. Nothing is forever.

And this is what you should keep in mind while enjoying the ride. Everything changes, sometimes it takes a while, others it's just happening before your eyes.

Where do I want to get with this? Who is the driver?

The answer:

We're it!

So your next step should be given by you and by you only, not by others, or you can end up somewhere you weren't supposed to go and not the way you wanted.

The meaning of life? I'd say that since we don't live forever, there's one thing we won't take to the grave with us:

Our mark in this world!

We're dieing and that's a sad, sad truth. But don't take my words to the negative or nihilistic side. Take my words as oxygen to feed the mix of fuel and flame that powers your engines.

Leave something to be remembered for, a lesson, a word, something that lives on. It can be either a kid, or a tree, a book...even a lesson or a few words! A single world can change the journey of someone or a bunch of people.
