Background
I'm a crypto enthusiast to the core and a fanatic if you let me keep talking.
I have been around for 8years, invested about 300 bucks in the early days and have made good side-money ever since. Although I have many could-of, should-have, would have moments, I never made millions, or any relatively decent amounts to brag about.
I love BTC tho, and cryptos have been a gift that keeps giving... Things such as hive, and before hive, Steemit. There are plenty of freelance opportunities, and I have worked for crypto startups with marketing projects along with many ICOs that have ultimately failed in the past.
OH - the failure is amazing in crypto.
The graveyard is never full and new suckers are always being lured into scams.
I hate the scams - but after so long within the crypto realm, I recognize scams and shady projects fairly early on, though some are tough to catch.
I don't like centralized exchanges because I've witnessed literally every single crypto exchange get hacked or Houdini with traders coins. Cryptsy, BTC-E, Mintsy, Mt. Gox, Cryptopia, Havelock, and many many others. Many owe me coins I will never see again.
Anyways, That is a touch of my background, and now to the point.
I'm interested and more than motivated, with some experience and a basic understanding, in starting a crypto business.
It would start out as a small operation including me and a couple other hired freelance people to help with the busy work. A low cost operation at the beginning with the hopes to grow into something larger.
Having a low cost of failure and a fairly easy path to monetized returns, a non-urgent growth model that can scale as needed, along with many potential avenues of pivots based on "where the money is".
Obviously, I don't want to give away my actual plans, and I don't have a whitepaper or pitch deck right now, I don't currently plan on an ICO, and haven't crowdfunded anything. This is the absolute start and I'm seeking additional funding to kickstart this project off the ground.
Fundraiser
- I'm looking to fundraise for a website
- Hire 2 freelance people for specific tasks
- Development of business plan and operations
- Get the ball rolling and the CASH flowing (or atleast a good prospect to get more than a drip coming in).
I believe a good start for funding would be around $5k - 10k for initial costs and I am prepared to part with some of my favorite original Splinterlands cards to achieve this goal.

Yes, I know you can easily buy the card for a fraction of that, but that's what I'm working with and one of the few things I can offer for a fundraiser besides hosting a raffle, which may happen.
Consider this....
- The money with be spent toward a start-up crypto business.
- I will post progress updates on hive for all
- The buyers/donors will be provided with a whitepaper and short/long term business plan as soon as possible
- Future promotions are planned for the donors as the business comes together.

Regardless of funding, I will be moving forward with the starting steps to get this project off the ground.
