Depending on your experience you can send a job proposal if the client likes your profile and your resume you can run with the luck of hiring you.
This platform is one of those that I recommend most but you have to be patient, it is not easy to start from scratch as a freelancer in a site without a reputation as a worker. This is my favorite among all, Minds is a social network very similar to Facebook, but mix everything you would like in one place, the option to create blog posts, a timeline similar to Steemit, a very cool interface, You can share states, or just photograph or, videos, and join groups. Minds works with Tokens that can be transformed into Etherums, or they can be used for serves to gain visibility in your work if for example, you are a cartoonist, photographer, writer, it works very well to generate traffic to your pages.
