This case was brought to light while I was actively following the mooe@mooe account I'm going to talk about in this article, the followed user's fraudulent behavior is divided into two phases:

Phase one: Increase the number of followers through the use of bidbots, triggering the arrival of votes by curators

Phase two: After getting the votes, fill his blog with resteemed post to hide the old post now empty and later republish the same identical articles to get new votes.
