ENGLISH VERSION
It's all a matter of practice; if you don't try, how will you know if it turns out well? I remember that some time ago I didn’t know how to do any of this. I would watch it in videos, on social media, and think it looked good, but I had never dared to make it. However, as they say, things happen for a reason, and because of my diet, looking to eat healthy, changing my lifestyle, I have rekindled this interest and love for cooking, learning to make new things—it has been quite a challenge.
I really liked this new facet in my life; so far it has been a hobby. I don't know if someday I will be able to see it as a venture. A few weeks ago I put my cookies up for sale, and although it didn't go completely well, it didn't go completely bad either. I took a step; I just have to try again.
But while I keep practicing, now I'm trying to make bread. For the moment, they taste good, it's just that they're a bit hard. You have to eat them the same day, because then, as I mentioned, they harden, and even though they still taste good, that's not the idea.
I've managed to get the dough to rise, and they turn out thick like this, but I still need to get the bread to be soft. I don't know if it's because of the flour, which is whole wheat, they turn out like this, and there's no way to get them to be soft. I need to look into that.
As I said, I have to keep practicing, there's no worse fight than the one that isn't fought, I have to keep trying to improve, keep my mind active, creating, cooking, whatever, that's it.
