Today, I want to talk about my own perspective.
I caption it 'Mind your business'
If probably the lad was minding his business, he would probably have gotten his treasure. He was enticed by the other fellows success and then thought maybe if he followed the fellow, he'd most certainly would have gotten the same result, but he was wrong.
This scenario is not scarce in real life, many do things just because someone else is doing it and succeeding in it, so they forsake their seemingly unsuccessful venture which has the potential of being successful with a little patience, and thread on new unfamiliar paths where they are usually met with success.
This is not different here also. On steemit, you'd find successful minnows who in their quest for achieving 'whale hood' discard their areas of strength and copy cat whales. I have seen a lot of varying helpful information, each from the different writer's perspective, teaching minnows like us how to be successful. The truth is that not every path that was successful to one will be successful to another. So I advice my fellow minnows, study the system and come up with your own personal plan of success or you can adapt from others provided you have weighed it and it favours you.
The fact remains that we should # mind our businesses
