With experience, we learn more and with the experience we get deeper insights
with experience, the knowledge it comes with becomes personal and permanent
with experience, impressions are left behind
I see why those who came up with the common saying "experience is the best teacher" are always right,
Because it's indeed the best teacher
You know sometimes learning needs practice to be good at it and very familiar with it, I think experience is just the practical way of learning for better understanding and deeper knowledge
Though sometimes it comes teaching us the hard way and other times we just get an opportunity of it and we are increased in knowledge
Mine was not a hard way, it was just a trick and opportunity, and that way I got taught by experience
It was a day home alone while I was trying to cook and I had just filled up a gas but the careless me did not tighten the cylinder valve very well and I went ahead to light it up
At first, it was burning perfectly not until few minutes the gas begins to leak and fire was burning sideways of the valve , I was clueless and had no idea, the more I blow to pull it off the more fire increased and yes I should have known it gas the more air the more it burns, I tried water too but it was not helping
Fortunately for me, a neighbor came helping amd all he did was prevent the fire from getting air with just a container to cover it and it went off without stress
That day I learned how to pull off a gas fire with ease with just that experience
The same issue happened to a lodge mate last year in school she did not tighten the cylinder valve properly for the gas and she lighted the gas
The fire was out of control burning from all sides
Fortunately for her, I had an experience we were able to pull out the fire before it got out of hand
My previous fire experience was the old teacher that taught me how to pull the fire in my lodge out
Experience is indeed a good teacher

For every good comes a bad, with good experiences so do we also have bad experiences
One of the experiences I never wished I had was the one I got caught up in a robbery
it's was one experience that got me frightened even after the incident
A type of experience that got me all sacred of the night each time the day is over because the incident took place at night
A type of incident I never wish to experience ever again
I tagged it as a bad experience
As good as some experiences can be we also have some that we just wished we never had because they only bring bad memories and pain
I guess for every advantage also come disadvantages so is it with experience
The ones that are good teachers to us and the ones we never wished for
