I will need an extra 30k DEC for my land due to no use of Runi. It will be interesting to see how I balance it out. A 100% cut in production for the Runi plot will cause a fairly large rebalance of my plots. I will have to look at the titles stuff. I was planning on using it for balancing minor shortfalls.
