I like the change to the daily chest. That would balance out the number of chest across the season each day.

I am concerned that the hugh penalty will be a disincentive for new players. I don't believe that most new players know that they need to hover over a circle with an I in it to understand the bonuses and penalties that are applied to them.

Rental prices should stabilize a bit. I will have to think about whether to rent out or not by season. I think many have been not moving up in leagues due to Collection power and the penalty of working toward chest that cost 2.5X points in higher leagues. I can now choose to earn Silver chest until my rank points hit Gold and then choose to rent Collection Power to move up to a higher league.
