So, was thinking back at the research for GM foods...
Remembered seeing it being proven that number of thyroid issues are becoming paramount by NIH. I thought hey this was interesting, continue researching. There is no way that, GM food could be solely responsible for the damage to people's bodies. Specifically, thyroid cancer.
Yucca mountain is 150 miles from Las Vegas, and has been the prescribed destination for disposing of nuclear waste. [HR 5895](https://www.congress.gov/bill/115th-congress/house-bill/5895) allocates more nuclear waste to Yucca Mountain.
Now understand that nuclear waste is stored underground in a bunker type setting. Its not above ground. This is concerning because it, (the chemical makeup of nuclear waste) will corrode said facilities. The ground will drink the waste up like a sponge.
The other concern is that, where the hell did all this waste come from? Even nuclear subs, and other peaceful means would NOT produce the excessive amount of weight.
In 2016, until now my thoughts was the whole year was like one big juicy lie. Election season and HRC emails, the FBI became widely discredited in the publics eyes. Yet, there was hardly one mention..no, not even a peep. About nuclear waste facilities being breached, due to corrosion.
In 2016, of the 177 nuclear containers that stored *nuclear waste* over 1/3 had been known to be leaking. 67, containment chambers leaked into the enviroment .
Looking back at 2016, makes me cringe. What this will do to countless lives and life forms is unimaginable. The amount of careless is exceedingly great. The leak? What happened? The State only fined Hanford $50,000. Yeah, thats it. Really swept it under the rug, with all the scandals.
As I was researching, I kept asking why store it underground? Why?
I came across this publication of a scientist that found a way to immobilize nuclear isotopes in glass. Which could be safely stored in a facility....
...instead the Department of Energy elects to drill a water containment chamber in Rugby, North Dakota. Again, its dangers are still equal to that as Hanford leak.
Understand, the grave concern here. Much of our ecosystem may die, not to mention:
