it is little tricky...
If 230 amp current flows through wire and you touch that doesn't necessarily kill you. It depends on voltage level of that wire which will make current to flow through your body sufficient to kill.
But if we touch 230 V it is more dangerous as it will make current flow through body sufficient to kill under ordinary conditions
--- My welding teacher years ago said this...volts don't kill. They just knock your dick in the dirt. It's amps that kill...obviously though there are many things that factor into how our bodies respond and handle different electrical situations. I've been hit by a quick 600v due to a bad knife switch on a locomotive. Knocked me out for a few seconds but didn't kill me. Regardless it wasn't fun
