Anyways i want to quickly talk about a fundamental problem that i have observed in our society and it has caused some problems for a lot of people all over the world....
Just like the title of this post says,becoming broke to impress....
I have come to realize that many people spend more on liabilities instead of assets,they buy things or spend money on some things just to impress others and not caring about the aftermath,they focus more on wants instead of needs...
This has made some people to engage in projects or activities which can ruin their financial freedom or their financial capabilities.
Some people want to drive a ferarri to impress people and give them the impression that they are now rich,and they go ahead to engage in overspending just to get that particular car even if they are not financially capable enough to buy it or if it could make them go broke...
Because do not get me wrong,i am not saying you should not enjoy the luxury in life when you have money,but what i am saying is that we should also remember to spend more on assets instead of spending so much on liabilities...what i am saying is we should not spend in a way that will make us go broke after a while....
We should learn to create a great preference list and focus more on our needs instead of putting so much efforts on our wants.....
We should also learn to invest in order to have a great future,we should learn to save consistently too,when investing we should avoid greed and make sure that we invest on the right investments that are also reliable too..
