Hi! My Name is Ignace and I am a Belgian, food-loving student geography with a rather creative mind and a interest of what's happening in sandy countries. I love to travel as slow as possible and I strongly believe there is a little bit of infinity in everything, especially in food! What else? I have the unavoidable desire to climb a mountain when I see one and to throw away all my shoes whenever I see a beach.

PS. Did you ever thought about the facht that most nice things in life are so much nicer if they are created as slow as possible? Just think about a spagetti bolognaise for example...
