Time waits for no one.
A lot of people were expecting January 2021 to be a very long month. (some said it'll be a month that has about 9weeks😂)
Funny thing is it did not seem as long as last year's January or even that of year 2019. Look at us now, its February 17 and it seems the month can't just wait to come to an end!
That means, we might think or believe some days are longer than others but its still 24hours and we don't get more than that — use is wisely.
You can only make today better and make up for yesterday's mistakes but you can't take back what happened yesterday or 'rewind, retract, delete, update, redo...' past days.
There is a saying that goes — if life gives you lemons, make lemonade. I say, if like gives you oranges, cucumber or carrots, make orange juice, cucumber juice or carrot juice.
You see that man that was trending on social media for some days in a roll; singing 'lórà iró' (its a lie) and beating a gong, knows exactly what he was singing.
You could pick out the fun part of it or learn that when you see your mates, peers, colleagues, doing well and flaunting their wealth either on social media or in real life, do not let it push you into doing something that might end up in bitter tears for you! Its lórà iró (a lie). Your time is different. Just make sure you keep pushing forward and don't wait.
No one has it all figured out. No one is all perfect without gloomy days, so keep that in mind the next time you think someone experiences only good things. There's nothing like that!
