Magandang buhay馃挌
Waking up to a wet Saturday in BC. It turned out that Typhoon Kiapot is here and is said to be on its way out of the country today, so we expect better weather, if not within the day, at least by tomorrow.
We were in the capital yesterday morning until early afternoon. The sky was a bit grey, and Mr. Sun didn't show up while we were there. My sister said that it rained heavily just after we left.
Well, it was windy and rainy while we were traversing the winding highway around mid-afternoon, which made us drive a little slower for safety concerns.
Anyway, while doing some dusting yesterday evening, something cool stole my attention, and I had to take a few snaps for fun.
Shifting the spray bottle's position a bit, and its shadow changed too. I was quite fascinated with the reflection and/or shadow of the light at the bottom of the bottle.
My initial thought was to have you guess what cast these shadows (hence the way they were photographed), then I realized they would be very easy to guess. But I kinda like how these pics were taken, so I'm including them here.
I intentionally added another spray bottle for some more shots, and as expected, together, they cast interesting shadows. They came out quite nice.
The transparent bottles added a kinda special touch to the mix. I am confused now, and don't know whether I would call them reflections or shadows馃榿
I was tempted to move them elsewhere, for a different view (or perspective), but I was already feeling sleepy, so maybe next time? LOL! Besides, I think these are already sufficient for a little show, in participation in the SMASh initiative by Melinda.
Cheers to a lovely weekend, frens!
