Oh, when you stake HIVE and upvote content, you earn rewards based on your vote value. The amount you see in your post will be split between you (the author) and the curators (those who upvote your post). You can read more about these and other things on the FAQ

For example, here your post has $6.13 and when payout day comes, you get half of that (in HP and HBD) and half of it will be distributed (in the form of HP) to those who curated or voted on your post. The more HP one has, the more curation reward he gets.
