And the weekend's here!
We were out of town yesterday to drop off some stuff for the new boys. It was midday when they finished unloading, and we hurried to the corner food house because our tummies were already complaining. We ordered the house's quickest set and waited.
Our little boy, without any harness or leash, was quiet on his chair, just staring kinda blankly under the table. The restaurant was busier, with most of its tables occupied.
Well, he played with his Dada at some point, trying to catch his fingers with his tiny, sharp teeth.
He sat up when he noticed someone was coming our way. I thought he would growl or bark, but he simply stared and stayed put for a little while.
Then he got up to take a peek at what was on the table. Our food came in less than 15 minutes, thank goodness! We were hungry that I was already starting to have a headache, lol!
Anyway, our wee man looked pleased when he saw smelled something. Hmmm, chimken!😁
Then he looked at me as if he was asking for his portion, which reminded me that we had left his portable bowl in the truck.
So the Dada went out to get it. I then sliced bits of beans, carrots, and pork into it. While he is already an adult, we still make his food easy for him to chew.
He was hungry too. He stood up and took a sniff at them, then started eating.
My plate had the usuals—a mix of things—fried chicken, veggies (which I barely touched), a few mushrooms, some slices of pork, and a cup of rice with a sunny on top.
We ate quietly and exited afterwards, heading to the new (bigger) mart to check what they had to offer. We thought they had more options on their shelves, but it turned out to be the same with our favorite grocer.
We drove home after the quick shopping.
