Prior to Hive, I have had experienced staking crypto on other blockchains. I did gain some and lost too and that's why I'm quite adamant. It's different however here on Hive where powering up has become a normal thing to do. I see staking HIVE, LEO and other tokens as a way of saving for the distant future but reaping some benefits at present. I say so because as we grow our stakes and use them to curate, we also increase our curation rewards.
Perhaps each of us have some goals we want to accomplish but I believe the common denomination is that we want to build while the market is behaving the way it does because it is easier to do so than when the bull run comes. I honestly do not know at what price will I allow myself to take profits but I got plans to just keep adding to my stakes.
Speaking of, here's how my numbers are looking for the week 17 of the Saturday Savers Club.
Leo Power
217 LEO was added in the last 7 days, about 55 of it were bought from the market and majority were rewards, re: delegation, curation and author rewards. The week ended with a combined 12021 Leo Power. And with that, I'm less than 3k LEO away from my goal for the year. It feels exciting as it gets closer!
Hive Power
Was able to add 31 HIVE during the week and now currently have 1136 HP. Glad to have not missed a day to power up in the last 7 days. Whilst I intended to complete the daily staking for this month, I failed to power up in 4 different days in previous weeks, lol! Will try again in May and hope to not miss.

Almost all of my HP is delegated earlier and glad to have accumulated some so I was able to send a small delegation toXV Tokens
The sale is ending soon (10th of May) and I managed to add 5 this week. I currently have 30 XV and hope to buy a bit more before the 10th.
HivePUD
Tomorrow is 1st of May which means it's HPUD just in case someone has forgotten. I have some HIVE ready and will be joining the initiative of course. Like I mentioned, staking is my way of saving and will keep at it while I can.
