The bright king of the morning bragged about its luminescence as I walked out of the gate after a long while of not stepping out. I simpered at the sight because for so long I was just in my room with no intention of going out until I remembered I need to eat. 馃槄
It took me some time to realize that the mountain and my mind can be the same: clear when I choose to declutter my brain of worries, like the mountain that can be visible when the weather is clear.
This photo represents my mood when the afternoon comes. This was almost sundown. I can be quite secretive, like the hiding mountain, especially with my genuine emotion. I only open up to people I trust.
My brain looks like this during the early mornings. Cloudy and misty because I want to sleep some more.
This is what my mind looks like when I'm troubled. It's cloudy because of the many bothering thoughts; nevertheless, I have a slither of light to help me think things through. A way of keeping my sanity.
This is what the mountains look like under the bright full moon. It may be dark, yet there's always a light to guide lone travelers. Just like my mind, I may have lonely thoughts, at times, but thinking of how my life has been despite the dark times, and how I survived amidst the chaotic instances, makes me keep smiling. There's, indeed, the light at the end of every dark tunnel.
There are nights that it looks like this. There's the moon, but it isn't as shiny as it has to be. Sometimes I find myself drowning in deep sorrow of longing for both my parents and those times will always be the darkest for me, even though there are people who are trying to cheer me up.
