Exploring the woods in Oregon can be a beautiful adventure, both good and bad things takes place in these woods. It can be easy to get lost, and sometimes people even go missing. It's not rare that you hear on the news about a hiker disappearing. I'm fortunate to have never experienced anything like that, but I definitely have had some "oh shit" moments.
