When it is good, it is good; and this tulip bud was it! It was great and perfect! It has not yet bloom, or got nipping by the squirrels. They will leave the hyacinths and daffodils alone, but tulips always get destroyed! Not only the flowers get eaten or torn apart but the bulbs too, get bitten to piece. I was lucky to get one tulip still in its glory!
