This is a huge water fountain at Belle Isle where I like to visit. In its glory day, the fountain was always working, water always shooting up around the clock; and night time, the different colors were displayed. For years, Belle Isle was neglected because of no funding. It is now a part of the State parks, so it is on its way back and projects are set up to bring it back to its glory time!
